Are You Really Comfortable In Your Comfort Zone Or Are You Just Playing It Safe???
I really don't know why they call it "THE COMFORT ZONE", because although, we are comfortable, we are still uncomfortable. I know! I know! Your question to me is how can that be and my answer to you is "EASY". We all have held a position that we didn't like, but we stayed because it was quote unquote safe, we didn't have to worry about where our next paycheck would come from, we didn't have to worry about getting to know new people and we didn't have to worry about starting over, but that didn't mean we were comfortable. Sometimes, we were down right miserable. So the reality of the situation is we were never truly comfortable within the "Comfort Zone". We just felt safe!!!
Did you know that sometimes we block our blessing by playing it safe. Sometimes we hold on just a little to long, while God is telling you to let it go. Sometimes God is saying step out on faith and your saying "I'm waiting for God to give me a sign", but he did. It just wasn't the sign you wanted to see, so what do you do. Most of us sit back in the cut while others proceed to grow and we remain the same, same old drama and same old hardships. God isn't your personal Genie and he definitely don't work for you. He work with YOU.
Let me take it one step further "Feeling safe in an unsafe environment can kill you". People are dying slow deaths every day. People are dying from heart disease due to living and working in stressful environments. Women are rapidly aging, having strokes and remaining in a state of depression, because they are afraid to step out on there own. Is it really that serious Keepers!! Are you really that afraid that you are willing to pay with your life. I guess (sometimes) you can say that "Playing It Safe" isn't "SAFE" at all..

One-step at a time.
Learn to love yourself enough so that when someone enters your life that treats you negatively, you can stand up for yourself and have the strength to let them go. You can learn that it is okay to say no to anyone who is not willing to treat you with the love and respect you not only want, but also deserve. Have the courage to walk away from anything that does not serve you well. Search for your highest good.
You may be thinking right now, how do I go about this when I do not have the things that would make me content? What is in your world externally is nothing more than a mirror of what is going on internally. So to change the external vision of what your world appears to be, go within and change it there, then the outward vision will change to mirror the inward feelings.
Understand that every new path has a beginning and a first step. To pursue anything new, all you have to do is to take one-step at a time. And that is the step before you. If we learn to feel and believe that we have all that we desire and want in life and accept what has been granted to us, more will come.
It is all about appreciation and gratitude. If you could learn to appreciate and have gratitude by focusing on what is good in your life, more goodness will flow to you. If we complain that we do not have those things, then that is where our focus is and that is what we will continue to attract to us. If we think and imagine having the life we desire, and act and feel as we have it within, it is sure to appear before us.

~FORGIVENESS MEDITATION~
May I have forgiveness in my heart for anything I think I've done wrong. May I forgive myself for what I think were all my past omissions and commissions. They are long gone. I understand that I was a different person then and this one is forgiving the one that I was. May I feel the forgiveness filling me and enveloping me with a sense of warmth and ease.May I forgive my parents for anything I have ever blamed them for. May I understand that they, too, are different now. May this forgiveness fill them and surround them, and may I know in my heart that this is my most wonderful way of togetherness.
May I forgive my nearest and dearest people for anything that I think they have done wrong or are doing wrong at this time. May they feel that I accept them. May that forgiveness fill them, realizing that this is my expression of love. May I forgive my friends for anything I have disliked about them. May my forgiveness reach out to them so that they can be filled with it and embraced by it.
May I forgive the people I know, whoever they might be, for whatever it is that I have blamed them for, for what I have judged them for, or for what I have disliked. May my forgiveness fill their hearts, and surround and envelope them with it, and let it be my expression of love for them.
May I forgive fully any special person towards whom I still have resentment, rejection, or dislike. May I remember that everyone is suffering. May this forgiveness come from my heart and reach out to that person completely and totally. May I forgive any one person, or any situation, or any group of people, whom I am condemning, blaming, or disliking. May my forgiveness be my expression of unconditional love. They may not do what I think are the right things.
May I remember that all human beings are suffering and that my heart needs forgiveness in order to have purity of love. May I look again and see whether there's still anyone or anything anywhere in the world that I blame or condemn. May I forgive them so that there is no separation in my heart.
May I put my attention back on myself and recognize the goodness in me and the effort I am making. May I feel the warmth and ease that comes from my forgiveness. May all beings have forgiveness in their hearts!By Keeper Belinda Storey

A Spiritual Awakening!!!! By Keeper Marcia Alston
The distance grows stronger as the minutes become hours and days
my heart beat pounds cause its change
no words expressed but the silence persists
the tearing away did not know it would come like this
a still small voice says let it go
but the pain of loss keeping telling me no
loss so much my God when do I win
never seen what I thought was real
turned into a fantasy which confused reality
eyes closed so tight as a little girl dreams
the love never felt or seen but only dreamed
in fairytales
Passion traded for friendship only to define
what I thought was mine
lied to myself when the reflection never lied
tainted a bond by my own misconception
thinking could I go back in time to mend my mind
to believe I am divine
sabotaged possibilities by self destruction
seeking self confidence which comes from within
playing the victim which never wins
praying the good shared transcends the quietness
hoping growth comes with a new horizon
a spiritual awakening seem through the eyes of God
learning the lesson without losing time

Being Authentic = Freedom
The most courageous thing a person can do is to live an authentic life. What is an authentic life? It is a life lived from your heart, speaking your truth, standing in your truth, living in your truth. The problem with getting to this point of authentic freedom is that for most of us, we have no idea of who we really are. To get to know who you really are you must go deep within. You must be willing to look at all of your limiting beliefs; beliefs that tell you that you are bad, you are not worthy, you are not capable, and you are not enough, just to name a few. We take limiting beliefs on our whole lives. Fromearly childhood we learn from our parents, grandparents and siblings. Their opinions begin to shape and define us. Then as we grow, our peers and teachers affect us most. Society also plays a tremendous role in telling us who we are. It's up to us to know the truth.
Limiting beliefs are like a cage locked tight with no opening in sight. But when you realize that you are the one who holds the key in releasing these beliefs, only then can you find freedom. Freedom comes from within. It comes from getting to know who you really are, releasing all limiting beliefs. And as you release your limiting beliefs and stand in your truth, your example shines a light for the whole world to see. Freedom will be yours when you give yourself permission to live authentically.
